Illuminated Signs

Front-lit channel letters are essentially aluminum cans where light shines through translucent polycarbonate faces. Faces can be white or nearly any color in the spectrum. Reverse channel letters, also known as backlit or halo-lit, are the opposite of front-lit letters. The faces are solid, and the backs of the letters have translucent panels that allow light to shine through and reflect against the building or backplate, creating a halo effect. These two methods can also be combined to allow light to shine from both the front and back of the letter. Similar to individual channel letters and logos are cabinet or box signs, which may include push-through elements for additional depth.
